We just had ACC re-do all of our roads within our HOA. Pretty significant project that I worked on for over two years. Finally landed with these guys and completed the project this year. They were competitively priced. They communicated extremely well from initial bidding phase, during the project and through completion. Highly recommend!
Well apparently I hired the wrong company to do some asphalt repairs. They came out did a couple of the patches and got stopped due to the weather. Sent email to find out when they would be back. Got a call said they would be back Tuesday. They did not show up. Sent email Wednesday to find out what was going on. No response. Update 16 Sep: The crew showed up today and are doing a great job. Only 4 stars. Since the communication is not good with the main office.
Judson Jr and his team are the best. Asphalt Coatings company has been around for over 40 years and we have been using them for many of those years. From parking lot resurfacing to Mill and Overlay Projects and annual maintenance including seal coating, crack fill, and re striping. These guys are the best and I wouldn't use anyone else. A commitment to them is a commitment to the success and value of your property.
Judson and his team at Asphalt Coatings Company did an incredible job resurfacing our parking lot in Denver. There's nobody else in Colorado I would rather use. Between their communication, their on site support and their follow through, these guys take care of us from cradle to the grave. I will be using them on all of our managed properties for years to come.

In some areas we did a crack fill, seal coat, and stripe and other areas we did a full asphalt removal and replacement. Their team is incredible and I wouldn't use anyone else!
These guys did an incredible job pouring our new concrete truck court. Judson Jr and his team did an incredible job taking care of us and communicating from the moment we connected. His concrete repair for our curb and gutters was perfect and corrected the drainage. He even handled our pot hole repair and our small asphalt removal and replacement section in front of our storefronts. Will never use anyone else for my concrete and asphalt work in Colorado.
